Spitshine provides design quality audits for web applications. We review your UI/UX and provide actionable recommendations to improve your product's design.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting URLs and projects for audit, you grant us permission to access and analyze them for the purpose of providing our service.

Paid services are billed in advance. Refunds may be provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Spitshine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
